§1 General provisions

1. These are the Rules of the "Make MORE websites, not war" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotional Offer, Promotion). The Organizer of this Promotion is the Active 24 Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer of the promotion) with its head office in Warszawa, Al. Niepodległości 69, the Internet services provider.
2. In case of issues not regulated in this Promotion Rules, the Terms and Conditions of Active 24 Sp z o.o. (available on active24.pl) shall apply. In case of any discrepation between the provisions of this offer and the Terms and Conditions , the provisions of the Promotional Offer shall apply.
3. These Rules of the Promotion should be read carefully before commitment to this Promotion. Participating in the Promotion means the Rules of the promotion have been accepted.
4. The Promotion's Organizer does not take any responsibility for activities and negligence due to third parties that could influence the execution of the promotional offer, and does not take any responsibility for the effects of force majeure to the interruption of services provided by telecommunication operators or power suppliers or other events remaining beyond the control of the Organizer.
5. The interpretation of the Rules is the exclusive right of the Promotion's Organizer.
6. The Rules of the Promotion are available on the active24.pl website.

1. The "Make MORE websites, not war" Promotion is valid since 20th of January 2009 till it is called off.
2. The conditions of this Promotional Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers of Active 24, unless the rules of the particular offer provide this possibility.
3. The Promotion shall only apply to:

   1. ACTIVE HOME and BUSINESS servers which have been registered in h2.pl during the Promotion period, payable on a one-off basis for half a year;
   2. ACTIVE HOME and BUSINESS servers which have been registered along with a domain during the promotion, and paid on a one-off basis. This payment assures the validity and server operation for the 6 month period, but validity of a domain for one year.

4. The costs of the offered promotional services are listed in the table below:

6. Only one promotional service can be purchased to one customer account.
7. In case of placing an order for a service registration during the Promotion from which The Customer would like to resign in favor of other order during Promotion, the customer has to remove the previous one first. There can only be one promotional order in the administrative C-Panel.
8. It is possible to purchase a domain in a bundle along with a server but for six months only as the Regulations of the Promotion say. It is also possible to purchase a server without a domain for longer than six months period, on terms defined in the Organizer's standard price list. Choosing this option by placing an order for service will mean the resignation of the promotion.
9. After purchasing the services within the Promotion, another service within the same promotion can not be purchased earlier than after one year.
10. The servers purchased during the Promotion are not allowed to transfer them between the subscriber accounts for one year.
11. If the Customer resigns from renewing of server’s validity, then domain purchased in the Promotion period as a bundle with this server can be transferred between subscriber accounts.
12. The promotional offer price discount cannot be exchanged for a money equivalent, or any other service or provisions.

§3 Participants

1. The Promotional offer is dedicated to physical entities that have full legal rights, and to legal entities or organizational units that have full legal rights, which will:
   1. purchase the ACTIVE HOME or ACTIVE BUSINESS server in h2.pl domain during the Promotion period or ACTIVE HOME or ACTIVE BUSINESS server as a package with any domain from a free to register pool.
   2. check an appropriate option that speaks about taking part in the Promotion at the moment of placing an order
   3. pay the annual subscription fee for the ordered service on time. However, in case of orders placed on the last day of the promotional period, no later than on the seventh day after the Promotional offer termination.

2. Participants that have not paid for the services or delayed their payment so that the purchase was no longer possible, cannot take advantage of the Promotional Offer.

1. After 6 months from the date the Customer paid and registered the ACTIVE HOME or ACTIVE BUSINESS server in h2.pl, the Customer can renew the services’ validity for one year for our standard prices:
   1. ACTIVE HOME server in h2.pl - 200 pln
   2. ACTIVE BUSINESS server in h2.pl - 380 pln

   After renewing the service’s validity the servers will have standard parameters such as: annual transfer limit for data send from/to the web will increase to 1024 GB for ACTIVE HOME server and to 2048 GB for ACTIVE BUSINESS server. The renewal of service purchased during the Promotion period extends the service for next 12 months.

2. After 6 months from the date the Customer paid and registered the ACTIVE HOME or ACTIVE BUSINESS server in packages, the Customer can renew the validity of the server itself for six months for the half of its standard price:
   1. ACTIVE HOME server - 100 pln
   2. ACTIVE BUSINESS server - 190 pln

   After renewing the service validity, the annual transfer limit for data send from/to the web will increase to 1024 GB for ACTIVE HOME server and to 2048 GB for ACTIVE BUSINESS. The domain will remain valid for one year since using this Promotion. Further renewal of validity will be a package validity renewal on the conditions valid at the moment of renewal and for the prices of Organizer’s price list valid at this moment.

3. The renewal of the service’s validity registered during the Promotion will take effect upon the payment of pro-forma invoice has been made and the relevant funds have been credited to our bank account, however not later than the day before the expiration of the service.
4. Renewal of the service after this time is still possible for 14 days but it can cause the temporary cessation of services, loss of data from the server, and even loss of the domain.


§5 Resignation from services ordered during Promotion


1. The Customer, without providing any reason, may resign from the renewal of domain validity registered during the Promotion period, after the domain subscription has expired.
2. It is possible to resign from a service ordered during the Promotion period before its subscription expires but it won't cause any refunds of whole or even a part of paid sum.
3. In case of bundle with a domain, the Customer may resign from server’s renewal and retain the domain only, which is still valid for the next half year period.

§6 Changes to services ordered during Promotion

1. It is possible to change the ACTIVE HOME server for the ACTIVE BUSINESS server and vice versa, before the expiry its subscription. However, in both cases, the h2.pl servers and the packages, these changes mean the resignation from the Promotion and the acceptance of charges calculated according to the standard price list

§7 Final provisions

1. These Regulations enter into force on (20.01.2009).
2. The purchase of services within the Promotional Offer is equivalent to accepting provisions of these Rules of the Promotion.
3. Using the services registered during the promotional period subjects to the general service usage rules of the Terms and Conditions of the ACTIVE 24 Sp. z o. o. company’s internet services providing as well as the rules of domain operators.
4. In cases not regulated by this document, the provisions of Civil Code and appropriate laws shall apply.
