To pay for a service, make the transfer, of the sum given during registration, to our account. Every Customer has an individual bank account assigned only to him.
The system identifies the payment only by the bank account, not by the transfer’s title. Everything happens automatically! One month before a domain expires the system generates its renewal’s order. There can be many such orders. It depends on a number of domains in your customer account. After you made the payment, a verification of balance in your sub-account takes place. If there is money, the system uses it on all the orders until all the money is run down. If you want to resign from any order you have to stop or delete it earlier in C-Panel at orders then the system will accomplish first active order. The current bank account you can find in C-Panel in paymants section.

| Where can I get the VAT invoice for my payments? |
The VAT invoices are made out and sent to the Customers by e-mail within 7 working days after the payment is booked at our bank account.
Important!
We do not send Vat invoices by post, but by e-mail. VAT invoices with signature are not required for telecommunication services.
Legal basis:
The VAT invoices and the adjustments of VAT invoices for telecommunication services ale made out accordingly to §14 ust. 2 pkt 3, §20 ust. 6 in connection with §19 ust. 4 of regulations of Financial Minister from 22.04.2004 r. (Dz.U. z 2004r., Nr 97, poz. 971).
The invoices for telecommunications' services which are to ensure the transfer of information (according to the definition from communication law) in accordance with the provisions of the VAT may be issued in a simplified form. The invoices from the Telecommunications' Operator do not require any company seal, handwritten signature of the contracting parties and tax identification numbers of the Subscriber . The Operator's invoices should have a readable computer printout of its name. Accordance with the classification of goods and services activation and maintenance of the domains and virtual servers is placed at PKWIU 64.20.27-00.00 symbol (other telecommunications services).

| How to change the Customer information or change the domain's owner? |
The customer information changing is possible at C-Panel. Go to the Customer information section. This section enables to change the information (on this basis the invoices are made out), viewing the information of proforma and VAT invoices, choosing contact e-mail and changing the password to C-Panel. If you find that customer information presented in The Invoice Information section should be changed - you can make the appropriate corrections. To do this, follow the instructions:
- Before changing the information you should check what your customer’s type is. There are two options: corporate or private. If you want to change the information from a private person to a corporate, please first contact the Customer Service to change the type of a customer. Such operation requires a verification. In other cases (from a company to another company or from a private person to another private person) you can change the information on your own.
- Depending on the type of the customer choose, from the right MENU, CHANGE THE COMPANY INFORMATION or CHANGE PRIVATE PERSON INFORMATION then you get the form to enter new data.
- If you have one domain assigned to one customer number, you simply just have to change the owner of the Customer Panel in CUSTOMER DATA section.
- If you have more domains assigned to one customer and want to make assignment only for one domain, send e-mail to bok@active24.pl to put this domain to a separate account (the number of customer)

The Option is a three year domain’s registration preference if within this period this domain has not been renewed by its current User. The domain is monitored within up to 3 year period. | How to transfer the domain from other service provider to Active24.pl? |
If you want your domain to be fully operated and serviced by Active24.pl in full, i.e. on billing basis (payments) and on administration basis (administrative panel), you have to make the domain transfer to Active24.pl. You can do this using transfer form located on our website under Domains > Domain transfer tab. After typing your domain name, click on Transfer to initiate the process – you get all necessary information on the screen.
- Polish Domains – transfer from NASK
In case of domains transferred from NASK to Active24.pl, this does men automatic legal fixation of Active24.pl as the representative of NASK. The transfer of Polish domains is free of charge. The payment is only made 30 days before the end of subscription for a domain. The domain transfer from NASK can be executed at least 24 days before domain expiration or 21 days after domain renewal at NASK.
Important!!!- The Power of attorney document should be signed by persons, of which the running of a business is registered. Valid copies of User’s company documents shall be attached to the transfer application too (eg. Court Registry, Civil Company Agreement, etc.)These document could help in verification of authorization of signing persons).
- If there are any sub-domains linked at this moment to domains, such sub-domains could not be seen in C-Panel because they are serviced by other servers.
- The password and login to the administrative panel are sent after the power of attorney to represent before NASK has been generated.
- The transfer of domain to our services is not connected with any changes to DNS servers, thus the change of registrar is seamless to the Client in terms of www and e-mail functionality.
- Sending the power of attorney to NASK and deciding to transfer the domains to us, NASK relinquishes –in favor of our company – the tasks related to servicing of domains, i.e. domain renewals and payments collection, etc.
- Polish Domains – transfer from Registrar other than NASK Similarly, the transfer constitutes an automatic legal fixation of Active24.pl as a representative of NASK. The transfer is free and takes place automatically upon filling the request form. The authinfo code is required in the transfer procedure. Your current Registrar is obliged to provide you with an authinfo on your request.
- Global domains The transfer of global domains (.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info) is free. The payment for domain renewal for subsequent period is on prepay basis. After transferring, the domains are automatically renewed for the period paid. The authinfo code is required in the transfer procedure. Your current Registrar is obliged to provide you with an authinfo on your request.
- European domains - EU In case of .eu domains the domain transfer or property rights transfer (or both simultaneously) shall be paid at EURid and causes the zeroing of the domain validity period without possibility to refund of not consumed subscription. The payment covers one year renewal but starting from the date of transfer execution or property rights transfer, so in different manner than in case of global or Polish domains.
The transfer procedure is initiated by new registrar which, upon request of administrator, informs the EURid on changes. Upon this, the EURid sends an e-mail to the administrator with request of acknowledgement of the operation. In case there is no acknowledgement within 7 day period, the reminder is sent and, in case of subsequent delay – the tranfer request is canceled. In case of transfer of .eu domain to Active24.pl, the transfer request form shall be filled.

If you have registered a domain along with a server with Active24.pl as a package (eg. Home, active Business or in “Lifetime Hosting” or 200MB Server for EU domain”) or a server itself in, “your-name.h2.pl” company’s sub-domain, than the domain and the server function as an inseparable whole. There is no need to configure anything. It is enough to upload a www site to the server. You can assign to such package every subsequent domain bought at Active24.pl provided that, such domain is contained in the same client account/client number. The domain should be added to a server within a WWW site and e-mail.
- Adding a domain to a server within WWW
On the C-Panel, under Domains tab you should select a domain for editing. Next go to www server -> Direct tab and, in URL field, point a subdirectory being forwarded by http://www.active24.pl/pomoc/c-panel/vhost.html#391 instructions. The direct forwarding is set on the set-up level of server and is possible to execute only to a local server. The subdomains of domains linked to the server can be created within a server’s setup. You should specify in the server’s setup a path to sub-directories you want to forward to.
- Adding a domain to a server within e-mail.
Similarly, you should link, within e-mail services, a domain to a server using WWW Server -> Add to server tab. Then, you can create within a server’s setup the mailboxes for all domains added to the server as per http://www.active24.pl/pomoc/c-panel/email.html#43 instructions.

In case the Client does not have a hosting service bought to selected domain, he can forward this domain to an external server:
- Adding a domain to a server bought from other company using a delegation to external DNS servers
The change of domain delegation is so called its parking on other DNS servers. The servers to which a delegation is to be done shall be properly configured for servicing of delegated domain. After delegation change the service of forwarding and record configuration are of internet service provider’s duty. dns.nano.pl and dns2.nano.pl are servers are set by default and there are the only DNS servers for which Active24.pl service department is responsible. - Adding a domain to a server bought from other company using a redirection to URL address
You can redirect a domain to foreign server using a redirection of masked URL address. For masked redirection the only a domain name from which redirecting takes place can be seen in internet browser. The redirection is masked in form of a html frame. - Adding a domain to a server bought from other company using direct forwarding to IP address (A record in DNS)
There is a possibility of direct forwarding to IP address using a record edit feature in DNS zone (A record in DNS). Remember that this works only and exclusively for a domain parked on our DNS servers (dns.nano.pl and dns2.nano.pl). To use this type of forwarding, logon to C-Panel, enter to DNS -> DNS ZONE -> ZONE EDIT tab, next select an All records to one IP address field and specify IP address of your server. Remember to configure your WWW server properly for a domain service.

| How can I use an e-mail with a WWW browser? |
To read an e-mail using WWW site you should use the feature on Active24.pl site available after clicking on E-Mail icon located at right. During login you should enter your full e-mail address of your account and your access password.
The system allows you full e-mail services, ie. to read letters, to create new letters and to manage the received letters. Remember, the e-mails downloaded using e-mail software (eg. Outlook) are erased from the server by default and can not be accessed from WWW site.

| How can I protect my mail against spam? |
The spam problem in Internet is known for a long time. Spammers are using more and more sophisticated methods to cheat the anti-spam filters. E-mails not being a spam are small fraction of a traffic passing thru the servers. At the moment, over million attempts to send a spam, viruses or beguilement mails. Thousands of spam e-mails running to the spam folder based on content analysis come to this number. The number of spam e-mails all the time rises. There is no way to get rid of spam completely, but it can be reduced.
The amount of spam in Internet is bigger every month. Lot of these messages is sent to addresses generated automatically by adding the popular names, such as office, mary, john to any domain. Office@domain-name.pl type addresses are created. In case the spam is sent to non-existing address, the message is thrown aside by server. However, if such e-mail box exists, the message is accepted to process. In case of catch all aliases, the message sent to any address in a domain is accepted. This increases the amount of spam incoming to an e-mail box significantly.
The second problem is a spam generated along with random sender. There are frequent situations the server throw aside such mail for various reasons and send back information on such refusal to a sender. In fact, the server sends the message to a person written in "From" field instead of real sender. Hence, the information goes to the person having nothing with this spam. In case of catch all alias set, all "returns" run to an e-mail box instead to be thrown aside.
Unfortunately, there is no good protection method against these "returns". Everyone in the World can type in any e-mail address and try to send e-mails. We have implemented the protection from this, but not every server in the World uses so called spf (Sender Policy Framework). To system could perform its role – all e-mail services providers in the World had to need to implement it. However, there is no such situation.
In connection with the above, we suggest to remove a catch all alias. You can remove it form the Admin Panel level (login to the www.active24.pl home page). It is enough to enter to an e-mail section and remove "@" alias. Prior to this, you should add aliases, which you use. If, for example, you have specified marketing@domain-name.pl as a contact but there were not such e-mail box and e-mails have been received through the catch all alias, you should simple add the "marketing" alias.

You can add an alias to your e-mail account through the Admin Panel. To create an e-mail alias, enter to E-MAIL -> ALIASES tab. Select the name of box you want to create an alias and type in the name of e-mail alias.
The alias is a consecutive equivalent of your account. During e-mail software configuration you can use settings for your account and alias alternatively.
