§1 General provisions

1. These are the Rules of the Promotion "Pricefall 2" (hereinafter referred to as the Promotional Offer, Promotion). The Organizer of this promotion is Active 24 Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer of the promotion) with its head office in Warszawa, Al. Niepodległości 69, the Internet service provider.
2. In case of issues not regulated in this Promotion Rules, the Terms and Conditions of Active 24 Sp z o.o. (available on active24.pl) shall apply. In case of any discrepancies between the provisions of this offer and the Terms and Conditions , the provisions of the Promotional Offer shall apply.
3. These Rules of the Promotion should be read carefully before making any commitment to this Promotion. Participating in the Promotion means the Rules of the Promotion have been accepted.
4. The Promotion's Organizer does not take any responsibility for activities and negligence due to third parties that could influence the execution of the Promotional Offer, and does not take any responsibility for the effects of force majeure in the interruption of services provided by telecommunication operators or energy providers or other events remaining beyond the control of the Organizer.
5. The interpretation of the Rules is the exclusive right of the Promotion's Organizer.
6. The Rules of the Promotion are available on the active24.pl website.

§2 Promotional offer

1. The Promotion "Pricefall 2" is valid since 1st of January 2010 till 31st of December 2010.
2. The Promotional Offer is dedicated to physical entities that have full legal rights, legal entities and organizational units that have full legal rights.
3. The Promotion of lowering the domain renewal prices concerns Polish domains (.pl only) and lasts till the end of 2010 roku. Within the Promotion we lower the prices of the polish domains (.pl) renewal with every month throughout the whole 2010 year, according to the following price list:
   • 01.2010 – 74 pln netto
   • 02.2010 – 73 pln netto
   • 03-2010 – 72 pln netto
   • 04.2010 – 71 pln netto
   • 05.2010 – 70 pln netto
   • 06.2010 – 69 pln netto
   • 07.2010 – 68 pln netto
   • 08.2010 – 67 pln netto
   • 09.2010 – 66 pln netto
   • 10.2010 – 65 pln netto
   • 11.2010 – 64 pln netto
   • 12.2010 – 63 pln netto
   
   

   The prices given are net and do not include VAT (22%) tax.

4. The cost of the renewal of the domain's validity is generated together with the order. The price list from a current month is taken into consideration, not the domain's expiry date. So if a domain expires in August, but the order was generated in July then the domain's renewal cost of a Polish domain is 68 pln netto.
5. The domain's renewal cost of Polish domain WITHOUT PROMOTION is 100 pln netto.
